It is not for those who have the following conditions:

  • Severe depression
  • Suicidal tendencies
  • History of sexual abuse
  • Personality disorder

If you struggle with any of these other compounding problems then the Social Anxiety System is not for you and it may be best to consult a mental health care provider.

Hi Sebastiaan, I’m currently on Day 14 in the SCS and got a really good
feeling now that this is really working! I had a very intense belief of mine
(rated 9/10 ) that I now don?t really feel any negative emotions. It’s really
bizzare.On video #6 I started off by noticing the negative emotions in my throat,
stomach and chest area – though after the video was going towards the end I
really couldn?t feel the emotions any place – I was like WTF!! ?? So I just said
“chest area” even though it wasn?t necessarily true! hehe .. This EFT is pretty
great.. I’m so optimistic towards my future now ?? ?? Just wanted to let you

When I started the program I was highly motivated and dedicated to doing the
exercises every day. The exercises were all clear and reasonably easy to follow,
although it could be time consuming at times but the time spent working on the
exercises was worth it. When I first started, I was experiencing social anxiety,
especially at work and when catching up with old friends.
Now I feel more confident that I can hold a job, and I actually find time to
enjoy catching up with old friends and see how they’re doing. I’m much more
comfortable at stores and crowded places now, and I don’t have much anticipatory
anxiety as I used to. I also enjoy going to church now and spending time with my
family.You can expect to spend an hour a day, every day, and expect to dig up all of
your old pain, limiting beliefs, and anxious feelings. However,
digging up all of the old feelings isn’t painful, you only
dig it up for a couple of minutes before clearing it out and expecting some more
peace. EFT seems to be very unconventional, however I found it to be much
more effective than CBT, traditional therapy, and even hypnosis and NLP. EFT
seems to work well for clearing social anxiety. You should buy the program if
you are dedicated, open minded, and optimistic because putting the time in will
reap the benefits as promised. But it does take time and dedication. I believe
I have probably solved 80% of my social anxiety so far,
although I still experience social anxiety at work and at some big parties.I still have some anxiety when meeting new people, but that is normal to an
extent. I feel more optimistic about my future, and I believe that if I continue
working on this then I will be able to get rid of the social anxiety that I
still feel at work and at big parties.I also look forward to going to parties now, as well as going on dates and meeting new people. Thank you and all the best! – Jon

Hello Sebastiaan, Thank you so much for this new video and the exercise, for me it was really helpful.There is still some anxiety in my solar plexus and the limiting belief that says
“you are not good enough” (but the voice is very soft now),
but I mostly feel so much more energized, confident,
peaceful and optimistic after this session. You know I looked in the
mirror and was just looking at me, and could see that I looked different and I

After doing the work on guilt in your course, I was able to discuss something
from my past today for the first time today without the awful guilt feelings
which usually take me over when I think or talk about it.

Good news !! Seems like your session + redoing the “bundling rest of social
anxiety” gave a great, great boost yesterday .. I did the bundle last night
putting more emotion into it, visualizing a bit more like if that truly is a
reality (room scene with the pile of “anxiety”) .. for the first time in long,
long time I managed eye contact even with a stranger.. the shame feeling seems

Hi Sebastiaan,Thanks for this amazing course. I have often
wondered if EFT could help with my social anxiety, but never really knew how to
go about it. My question. I have been following along with your course and am
now going through the ‘Forgive Everyone’ section. At first I had a lot of anger
and resentment come up during this part. I have tapped away at a number of
experiences that I feel contributed to my social anxiety, and I admit a lot more
came up as I did it. The thing is, now when I think about forgiving everyone who
contributed I don’t really feel anything much at all. Is this what I’m supposed
to feel to move on?I’m 44 years of age. And I think I had gotten so used to feeling bad and feeling
resentful, that to feel nothing feels, well, kind of weird! Even people I work
with now, who have annoyed me but obviously haven’t really contributed to my
social anxiety, they can just make it flair up. My bad feelings to them have
lessened so much that I feel a bit of empathy with them like I’m starting to
understand where they are coming from.I’m excited because I really feel changes already. I know
I still have a long way to go but I feel lighter and am even starting to
inertact with people at work who I never could talk with much before. And this
is without really trying and pushing myself to. I guess one of the
reasons I wasn’t sure if I was ready to move on was the fact that
my feelings lessened so much in just a couple of days. It
just seems too quick! Even now I have a bit of lingering doubt that it
could be so quick and easy, but encouraged at the same time that I will let a
